To ensure continuous operations and on-time deliveries of RMC, Skyway has an extensive range of fleet located at all plants comprising of:
- 220+ Transit Mixers with various capacities
- 30+ Concrete Pumps to pour concrete at high-rise sites
- Dumpers for transportation of Aggregates and Loaders, JCBs, Tractor, etc. for smooth operations
Real Time GPS trackers are installed in all vehicles that facilitates in tracking the vehicles with materials at all times for improved safety and increase productivity. GPS automates and controls the optimal utilization of assets and to plan & execute daily production, delivery and pumping programs at all plants and construction sites
To maintain quality and consistency of concrete, automatic batching plants are used to measure and mix in precise proportions that ensures RMC is mixed to exact specifications.
To maintain quality, Central Durability Lab and QC Lab at each plant location has been set up for conducting Trial Mix, RCPT test, water permeability, etc.
Comprehensive online ERP system to streamline and effectively manage our business with real-time reporting for betterment of customer service and amplify our production planning & resource management.
our other operational equipment and other provisions installed at all our locations are weigh bridges, washing units and various safety implementations like water sprinklers, dust collectors, etc.
